So in the previous video, I taught you how to self-anchor using the top three elements from your gratitude journal. Now this is another spin that you can do on this. You can build the experience the same way that I taught you in the previous video, but then start enhancing the sound. Make it louder, more intense, present in both ears, in surround sound. I want you to then pay attention to how you could adjust the brightness, the size, how you could associate into yourself if you’re dissociated. That allows you to enhance that even more, and self-anchor yourself in the process and make it a little bit better than than when you started.
