Student Support Policy
We are committed for you to become the best NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner you can be. This is why we support our students during, but also after the training when they go off practice and apply their skills on the world. We want you to do well for you, but also for us, our schools reputation relies on your effectiveness as an NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, coach, or hypnotist. We want to make sure, we deliver what you paid for. It is our name on your certificate, so we are committed to give you our absolute best.
Student Support During the Course
2. We will support you personally during the course, for many students their first NLP training is a life changing or life impacting experience. We will give you the opportunity to speak to us in private, with any questions, or concerns you may have.
3. Even though we are training a group of individuals, we want to make sure we can address your specific needs as much as possible.
4. We want to support you to be comfortable during training, and we want you to be yourself. You can do anything that makes you comfortable, as long as it doesn’t hinder other students and disturb the learning process. We want you to bring your own snacks, and we will supply coffee and tea throughout the day. In some training locations we offer pastries, and juice in the morning. If you want to sit on the floor, stand up, or use the rest room facilities during the training, you can. We offer plenty of breaks, moments to relax, and time for you to enjoy dinner or lunch.
5. We only train in wheel chair accessible facilities.
6. We want our students to evaluate our training, this can be submitted in private. We want to monitor how we are doing. We continuously update our programs to serve our students needs.
Student Support After Completion of the Course
2. If you have any questions after the course, you can contact our trainers and staff by phone, email or letter. We will be more then happy to answer them. We like staying in touch with our students. We will continue to support you, and consult with you in any way we can.
3. Dr. Richard Bandler and the Society of NLP continues to improve NLP. Provided we have your latest contact details on record we will give you these updates via email, letter, phone or even conference call mini-seminars.
4. For every person you refer to our training, you will earn 10% of their booking fee in cash.
5. The Global NLP Training Institute is currently developing several exiting new programs, students whom have previously taken our NLP Practitioner, and NLP Master Practitioner programs will receive a 15% price reduction off their training.
6. If you want to host your own training or coaching seminar, and want to hire us as your trainers, we will offer you a 15% reduction off our regular booking fee.
7. Free marketing and advertising opportunities in our newsletter and blog, you submit us a nice NLP/hypnosis/coaching related blog article, if it is of a desired quality, and won’t harm our school in any way, we will put your name underneath and a link to your website.
8. We often invite former students to assist us during training, to practice their skills.
9. Sometimes we have job opportunities at Global NLP Training, we have a preference policy to hire our most talented students in this case. When we have job openings, our students will be invited to apply first. We realize that former students have a significant advantage knowing how we work. In the event we have two candidates remaining with equal ability and experience, one of which a former student, the other one not, we will always hire our former student first. Please note, that taking a training with us, doesn’t mean we will give you a job. |
