Below an outline for course registration and payment, this process will be effective immediately. 

Payment process:

1.  A $600 USD non-refundable administration fee will reserve your seat in all programs you book. This means if you plan to take both programs, you only need to pay the $600 fee once.  

2. Half your course fees minus the administration fee will processed and due 45 days (end of early bird) prior to the date your first course starts. This means, if you plan to take both programs, half of the course fees of both courses will be processed 45 days prior to the start day of your Practitioner course. We will bill your creditcard automatically, or request you to make paypal payment.

3. The remainder of all course fees are processed and due 15 days prior to your first course start date. This means, if you plan to take both programs, the full course fee of both courses will be processed 15 days prior to the start day of your Practitioner course. We will bill your creditcard automatically, or request you to make paypal payment.

! Please note that your place reservation in the course may be cancelled if payments are not received in time.

Yes you do, please contact us. There are a considerable amount of cost savings involved if you bring a friend/co-workers.

Why the $600 USD non-refundable fee?

We use to have an requirement for all students to pay in full to reserve their seat, however increasingly we are selling out courses. Students whom originally emailed their interest many months in advance but were not able to pay in full, missed out. We felt it would be more fair to work on a first-come-first-serve basis. We charge the $600 USD fee as we incur a considerable amount of expenses reserving your seat. Not just administration, and training facility costs, but also not being able to sell your seat to another course participant when courses sell out.

What happens if I paid the $600 fee and then want to train in another city?

Yes, but only if you give us 30 days notice. If you are not able to give us 30 days notice, please contact us.

What if I decide to take my NLP Practitioner in one city, and NLP Master Practitioner in another city?

This is a popular option for those not able to schedule the time off to take both courses together. You can choose to pay the $600 USD once and let us process the billing for both courses at the cut off dates for the first course. Or you can choose to pay the $600 USD fee twice.

Will my reservation be cancelled if payment is late?

It may, we reserve the right to do this.

Are credit card payments processed automatically?

Yes they are, unless you are otherwise instructed.

Is your online payment processing safe?

Yes it is, it is privacy and security protected. You can also choose to use Paypal's payment system. Of course the normal rules of caution apply if you process payment from internet cafe's etc. If you really don't want to do an internet booking, please call us.

Can you also process my credit card over the phone?

Yes we can, please call us.

Can I pay with paypal?

Yes you can, provided paypal allows you to transfer this many funds.

Can you bill different credit cards of mine?

Yes we can, just give us a call.

Yes, you will.

Not at this moment, but we are working on establishing one for the US region.

When are payments processed?

Half the course fee, minus the $600 administration fee will be processed 45 days prior to the start of the first course. The remainder 15 days before the course start date. This is NLP Practitioner Program start date, if you plan to take both programs.

What do the course fees contain?

All your certification, including licensing with the Society of NLP - Richard Bandler. Full tuition and manual. All course fees are listed with all taxes and fees included. We offer free coffee and tea throughout the day. In some locations we offer in the monrning free breakfast, pastries, juices etc.

They do not contain travel, lodging, food or any indirect costs you may have.

Are there any "mystery" hidden costs, presented at the end of training? 

No, there won't be. We know it is common for some training schools to present you with additional fees to release certification. Often the certification and licensing with the Society of NLP is billed seperately, which is $200 USD per certificate.

We have included all these costs in our course fees. We like to be transparant, and for you to know what the expect financially.

How much does a refresher course cost? Re-taking the course? Or update my skills?

You can re-take any training you have taken with us for free, anywhere in the world.

We continously update our skills, and stay up to date via the Society of NLP. We inform our students of these updates. But if you want to re-take your training, you are welcome to do so. We like to keep to keep in touch with our students all over the world.
