Job Description:
The NLP trainer will work on an on-call basis within the Asian region providing NLP training. In addition the candidate will function as a local agent, taking prospective student calls, processing bookings, organizing advertising and printing, bookings locations, managing students etc.
This position is ideal for small business owners whom have a small coaching, or hypnotherapy practice. For each training the NLP trainer will be joined by a senior co-trainer from Europe or the United States.
Responsibilities include:
- Proving NLP training for Practitioner and Master Practitioner.
- Providing coaching and hypnosis training.
- Coaching students.
- Taking inbound (sales) calls from prospective students.
- Taking care of administrative processes.
- Taking care of training management, such as organizing print work, booking locations, arranging travel, managing prospective students, managing the training on site etc.
The NLP trainer will report to a senior trainer, and the Director of Training and Student Services.
Useful prior experience and requirements:
- Must be very charismatic, inspirational, and comfortable in front of groups.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of training/teaching experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in any of the following areas: NLP, hypnosis, coaching.
- NLP Practitioner + Master Practitioner via Society of NLP licensed quality institution.
- Bachelor university level educated or higher. Preferred candidates are educated in the field of psychology.
- Preferred candidates will have acquired hypnotherapy training from a licensed instructor by the National Guild of Hypnotists.
- Native or near-native command of the English language.
- Native or near-native command of an Asian language preferred.
- Wide and extensive network within Asia preferred.
- Willing and able to travel for minimum of 10 weeks out of the year, for a period of 2.5 weeks each time.
- Willing and able to work on an on-call and freelance basis.
- Candidates living in Asia preferred, particularly Mumbai (India)
- Available January 1st 2009 onwards.
